How the shops started.

The Newark mechanical shop opened first. The rule from the start was simple: say what’s wrong in plain words, put the price in writing before doing anything, and do only the work that was agreed.

Customers came back and brought other people. That’s what paid for the second shop, the body shop in Linden, which works the same way.

Technicians at both shops are ASE certified, and the Linden shop is I-CAR and OEM certified for collision work.
