- Vehicle and service details — your vehicle, the work requested and performed, estimates, invoices, and payment status.
- Phone calls — calls to our business line are logged, and may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Insurance details you choose to share for a collision claim.
How we use it
- To provide estimates, repairs, and customer service, and to contact you about your vehicle.
- To follow up on an enquiry you made by phone or through this website.
- To send text messages you have opted in to, as described below.
- To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the optional box on our check-in form, we send one (1) message after each completed visit: a request to review the service you received. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full terms are on our SMS Terms page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that operate our business on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes — shop management, telephone, text messaging, and website hosting providers — and with your insurer when you ask us to handle a claim. We may also disclose information when required by law. None of this sharing includes your text messaging opt-in data or consent.
How long we keep it
Service and invoice records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes. If you opt out of text messages, we stop messaging you immediately and keep only the record that you opted out, so we do not message you again.
Your choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@car2fix.net.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it to serve you.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
